How can I create an account?
To create an account, go to the registration page and complete the form with your information. You will receive a confirmation email to activate your account.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email. We will send you a link to reset your password.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Subscription and click "Cancel subscription". Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Does the app work without internet connection?
Some basic functions are available offline, but for full functionality you need a stable internet connection.
How can I export my data?
Go to Settings > Privacy and Data, and select "Export data". You will receive a file with all your information in JSON format.
